Position Overview
The Internal Sales specialist is responsible for assisting with the promotion, sales, and computerised processing of our comprehensive range of Ground Engaging Tools and Replacement Parts.
Core Duties:
- Provide sales support through telephone and email communication.
- Handle customer orders promptly and efficiently to ensure timely processing.
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with regular stock ordering as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
- Carry out store duties as required for your operation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of and specific experience in the product ranges we market being a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous sales experience is desired.
- Knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) desirable.
- Experience in Pronto enterprise management system is desirable but not essential.
- High Risk Work Licence (forklift) desirable but not essential
Position is located in Revesby, New South Wales 2212. Any international applications will not be considered.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $76,000.00 per year
