Radiant Ability is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Female Community Access & Mentor Support Worker to support NDIS participants in achieving their personal goals, building confidence, developing life skills, and actively participating in their community. This role focuses on mentoring, encouraging independence, and helping participants pursue their interests and hobbies.

- Female support worker
- Experience working with people with disability, mental health, or psychosocial support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, patient, and encouraging approach.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working with Children Check (if required).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour
