With a strong pipeline of sales ahead, we’re seeking experienced and reliable aluminium fabricators to join our growing team at our Lynbrook factory.
The Role
You will be responsible for the accurate fabrication of aluminium windows and doors using commercial and residential systems. This role suits a reliable team player who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of delivering high‑quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities
- All aspects of aluminium window and door fabrication to specification using commercial and residential systems.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, cutting lists, and fabrication reports
- Operate saws, punches and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines
- Assist with other production tasks including on-site maintenance visits
About You
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience fabricating aluminium windows and doors
- Strong understanding of commercial systems is preferred but not essential. We will provide training support to the right residential fabricator looking to step up
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- White card and current Australian Driver’s license

- Standard working hours are Mon to Thu 7am – 3.30 pm, 7am – 1:30pm Fri.
- Overtime available during peak periods
