Delivery Driver / Picker – Ballarat & Ballarat East

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Picker to join our team servicing the Ballarat and Ballarat East areas.
Position Details
4 days per week (Wednesday to Saturday)
Potential to pick up additional hours for the right candidate.
Shift Times
- Wednesday: 1:30 AM – 3:00 AM (Picking)
- Thursday: 1:00 AM – 2:00 AM (Picking)
- Friday: 1:30 AM – 3:00 AM (Picking)
- Saturday: Approximately 1:00 AM – 6:00 AM (Picking and Deliveries)
Pay Structure
Flat rate payment on ABN:
- Wednesday: $39.00
- Thursday: $32.50
- Friday: $39.00
- Saturday: $150.00
Total Weekly Payment: $260.50
Payment is made per shift/run and includes all associated contractor expenses.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A reliable vehicle suitable for deliveries (larger vehicle required for Saturday deliveries)
- Ability to undertake physical work, including lifting newspaper bundles
- A current Driver Licence
- A current ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
- Australian citizenship or valid working rights
