Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Theatre Receptionist/Clerk to join our busy perioperative team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional front line customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day administration of theatre department .
As a Theatre Administration Assistant, you will provide essential support to our patients, doctors, and clinical staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

Warmly welcoming patients, doctors, and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.

Efficiently managing and coordinating theatre bookings.

Professionally answering and directing incoming phone calls.

Providing comprehensive administrative support to nursing and clinical teams.

Maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring accurate record-keeping at all times.
This is a part-time position, working 3 days per week, totalling 45 hours. The shift starts promptly at 6:30 AM.
