Enrolled Nurse - Graduate Mid Year
Fixed Term 6-month positions available;

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are excited to offer positions for the 12-month program at a minimum of 24 hours per week. The program will run for 12 months, with excellent opportunities for ongoing employment upon successful completion of the graduate program.
The program on offer will incorporate the following:
A comprehensive orientation program including graduate specific study days and supernumerary time in the clinical area.
Acute and Aged Care experience
Regular in-service and debrief sessions.
Educator and preceptor support including two professional development days with our Clinical Nurse Educator
The program has been designed to:
Enable you to use your evidence-based knowledge to achieve quality patient outcomes
Increase your confidence and strengthen your skill base
Develop your ability to work independently and as a team member
Enhance your decision making and critical thinking skills
ABOUT THE HEALTH SERVICE
KDH is a 50 bed rural health services with a strong relationship with neighboring health partners, providing an integrated range of acute services - including oncology and surgical services; a bed based and community based transition care program and post-acute care service; district nursing services; residential aged care and community services to Kerang and the wider community.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have current registration or be eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Diploma of Nursing qualification) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) prior to the agreed date for commencement of employment and, have not previously worked as an Enrolled Nurse.
