In the role of Change Manager, you will join the Transaction Banking team, you will play a key role in ensuring colleagues and customers experience a smooth transition through major change initiatives.
This is a 6-month Fixed-Term Full-time Opportunity.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Provide day‑to‑day change leadership and subject matter expertise across the program and initiatives
- Identify business impacts, assess organisational readiness, and design transition activities that minimise disruption for colleagues and customers.
- Develop and deliver the Change Management Strategy, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training requirements.
- Lead proactive adoption management by creating metrics, monitoring progress, addressing barriers, and adjusting plans to realise benefits.
- Produce clear, effective communications and supporting materials, ensuring all change activities align with Transaction Banking strategic objectives
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience designing and delivering Change Management activities, ideally as the primary change lead on major programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, impactful change communications.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills, with confidence operating in senior stakeholder environments.
- Experience delivering change within transformational programs, supported by strong analytical capability and familiarity with adoption metrics.
- Strong consulting and facilitation skills, with a relevant tertiary qualification in Change Management, Management or a related discipline (preferred).
