We’re not just looking for a team member – we’re searching for an exceptional Admin/Reception Team Leader ready to take ownership of our front office operations and lead with warmth, professionalism, and purpose.
As our Admin Leader, you’ll play a vital role in aligning administrative excellence with outstanding patient care. Your leadership will ensure the front desk runs smoothly, the patient experience remains exceptional, and the wider team is fully supported.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Supervision

Lead and support the front-desk/admin team in delivering exceptional service and efficiency.

Oversee daily workflows including scheduling, billing, insurance processing, and patient communications.

Manage front office coverage and ensure proper staffing allocation.
Patient & Staff Communication

Be the go-to person for resolving administrative or patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Liaise closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth scheduling and coordination.

Communicate clearly with the team about updates, expectations, and goals.
Training & Development

Train new admin team members with structured onboarding.

Provide ongoing support and coaching.

Identify opportunities to enhance patient experience and administrative workflows.
Team Culture & Engagement

Address interpersonal or workflow issues constructively, escalating when needed.

Attend team-building activities, CSO events, and leadership development opportunities.
