About the Role
Burger Urge Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our growing organisation in Brisbane, Queensland.
This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the company's human resource operations, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organisational development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes

Prepare job descriptions and employment contracts

Oversee employee onboarding and induction programs
-
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
-
Manage employee relations and workplace investigations
-
Coordinate performance management and appraisal programs
-
Advise management on employment legislation and HR best practices

Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation and National Employment Standards

Coordinate training and professional development initiatives

Manage workforce planning and succession planning activities
-
Maintain HR records and reporting systems

Support employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work requirements
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Experience managing employee relations matters

Strong organisational and leadership capabilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
