NOW HIRING: 2 x Female Support Workers – Bayswater, VIC - ASAP START
We are seeking two experienced Female Support Workers to support a female client in Bayswater who is recovering from a leg fracture and managing spinal issues. This is an ongoing role with consistent weekly shifts.
Shift Requirements:
Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays
2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
About the Role:
Support is required both in the home and with two young children.
Duties include:
- Assisting with meal preparation (client has a weakened left hand)
- Light household tasks such as folding laundry
- School pickups for an 8‑year‑old and 5‑year‑old
- Driving the client’s wagon (the 5‑year‑old requires a child seat)
- Supporting the client with mobility limitations and attending to the children as needed
- must have Manual handling experience
- MUST have NDIS Worker screening check number
- MUST have Working with Children Check
Candidate Requirements:
- Female support workers (client preference)
- Confident, safe drivers
- Experience working with children
- Reliable, patient and able to multitask between client and child-related needs
