About the Role
As a Front of House Professional you'll be responsible for:
- Working closely with two hatted Owner & Chef Stuart Bell.
- Working directly with Restaurant Manager.
- Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately & efficiently
- Serving food and drinks efficiently.
- Providing knowledgeable menu recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting dining space.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Handling payments and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience.
- Working with Restaurant Manager to create productive restaurant layouts
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A reliable, punctual, and team-focused approach.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred
- Extensive food and wine knowledge
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Hours
- Wednesday - Lunch only (closed at night)
- Thursday to Saturday - Lunch & Dinner
- Sunday - Lunch only (closed at night)
- Lunch and Dinner Service
- Flexible arrangements
Mid to late morning starts allowing for work life balance. Maybe required for additional functions on certain evenings.
