About the Role
As a Casual Salesperson, you'll be the face of our store – greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending the right products, and closing the sale. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone
- Recommend and sell automotive parts, accessories and products
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain stock presentation, pricing and merchandising
- Assist with stock receipting, replenishment and store housekeeping
- Support the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry (essential)
- Strong selling skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Previous retail experience (beneficial but not essential)
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Good communication and teamwork skills
