About the role
Join the Food Services team at The Prince Charles Hospital and play an important role in supporting patient care through the delivery of high-quality nutrition services. As a Menu Monitor, you will work directly with patients to coordinate meal ordering and support the provision of safe, appropriate, and therapeutic meal selections that meet individual dietary requirements.
You will provide menu support through face-to-face and phone-based interactions, assist with dietary enquiries, monitor nutritional intake, and help ensure meals are prepared and delivered in accordance with clinical requirements. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will contribute to exceptional customer service, food safety compliance, and positive patient experiences.
About you

Provide patient-focused menu monitoring and meal ordering services in line with dietary requirements
Deliver excellent customer service when assisting patients, visitors, and clinical staff with dietary enquiries
Monitor patient meal intake and escalate concerns in accordance with established protocols
Support food service operations while maintaining compliance with food safety and infection control standards
Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive patient nutrition outcomes
