Retail Operations & Inventory Coordinator (IT Equipment)
Wetherill Park | Full Time | 8:00am - 4:30pm
We're a growing business specialising in the refurbishment and resale of used IT equipment throughout Australia.
We're looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, methodical and detail-oriented to join our operations team. This role isn't about being the most technical person in the room. It's about being the person who notices the small things, keeps accurate records, creates efficient processes and takes pride in maintaining a well-run operation.
If you're the type of person who colour-codes spreadsheets, notices when data doesn't look right, and enjoys bringing order to chaos, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Testing and assessing used IT equipment
- Accurately recording cosmetic condition and functionality
- Creating and maintaining product listings
- Processing online orders
- Packing and dispatching orders efficiently and accurately
- Responding to customer enquiries and warranty requests via phone and email
- Maintaining inventory records and sales logs
- Keeping the warehouse and workspaces organised and presentable
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency

Nice To Have (But Not Essential)
- Experience working with IT hardware
- Ecommerce or online sales experience
- Inventory management experience
- Warehouse, logistics or fulfilment experience
- Experience using Excel or inventory systems
Technical skills can be taught. Attention to detail, organisation and a strong work ethic are what matter most.
