Triple M Medical Cowra is seeking an energetic, dependable and highly capable Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our newly established medical practice in Cowra.
This is a casual position offering full-time hours. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to play an important role in establishing and developing a growing medical practice from the beginning.

About the Role
The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient day-to-day operation of the practice and supporting the owners, doctors, nurses and reception team.
This will be a hands-on position. In addition to management responsibilities, the successful applicant will be expected to assist with medical reception duties when required.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operations of the medical practice
- Leading, supporting and supervising reception and administrative staff
- Preparing staff rosters and assisting with recruitment, orientation and training
- Managing staff performance, workplace communication and day-to-day human resource matters
- Maintaining efficient appointment, billing and administrative systems
- Monitoring practice income, expenses, accounts and other financial processes
- Supporting business planning and the ongoing growth of the practice
- Ensuring the practice maintains high standards of patient service
- Supporting doctors and clinical staff to work efficiently
- Maintaining practice policies, procedures, records and compliance requirements
- Assisting at reception during busy periods, staff leave or unexpected absences
- Helping to create a positive, respectful and cooperative workplace culture
About You
Previous experience as a medical practice manager would be highly regarded but is not essential.
We are also interested in applicants who have strong experience in human resources, staff supervision, administration, business management, hospitality management, retail management or another role involving the leadership of people and daily operations.

Knowledge of medical practice software, Medicare billing, accreditation or general practice operations would be advantageous; however, training can be provided to the right applicant.
