Staff Trainer & Lead Cleaner

This is not a supervisory role where you watch from a distance. You will be in the field every day, cleaning alongside the team, training new members, conducting quality checks, and setting the benchmark through your own work.
What the Role Involves
· Training and onboarding new team members
· Working directly with clients
· Conducting quality checks
· Partnering with the business owner to maintain and improve team standards
· Helping develop and support a positive team culture
This is a Monday-to-Friday role with ongoing work and a long-term future for the right person.

Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
