Elm Cleaning is a family-owned cleaning company that has proudly served Melbourne for over 15 years. Built on reliability, professionalism and genuinely high standards, we are now looking for a special person to step into a key role within our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves cleaning, enjoys helping others grow, and takes real pride in the work they do.
About the Role
You will continue working directly with clients while playing an important part in training new team members and upholding the Elm Cleaning standard. This is a role where your attitude, work ethic and people skills matter just as much as your cleaning ability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Residential cleaning and client service
- Training and onboarding new team members
- Demonstrating Elm Cleaning standards through your own work every day
- Providing hands-on coaching, support and constructive feedback
- Conducting quality checks across the team
- Partnering with the business owner on team development and standards
About You
Experience in residential cleaning is a bonus — it means you already understand the industry, you know you enjoy the work, and you will be easier and quicker to get up to speed. But it is not our main focus.
What we are really looking for is someone who is:

The Position
This is a casual role with consistent, ongoing Monday to Friday work. We are looking for someone who wants to settle in and grow with us long-term, and the structure of the role will be discussed at interview.
You will also receive:
- Travel time paid — your time between jobs is recognised and compensated
- Kilometre allowance — your vehicle costs are covered
- Remuneration will also be discussed at interview and will reflect your experience and what you bring to the role

Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
