The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Managing senior lawyer’s schedule and emails

Diarising critical dates

Liaising with clients, lawyers and other professionals

Entering client and file data into our Document Management System

Transcribing correspondence and memos
-
File management (electronic)
-
Filing court material via the online portal

Overflow reception duties
-
General administrative tasks
The successful candidate will possess the following:

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Accuracy and attention to detail

Organised, effective and quick work completion

Ability to monitor time and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills -
