Join a collaborative and customer-focused team where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and resolving customer and consumer enquiries efficiently and professionally. In this varied position, you will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times. You'll also provide valuable administrative support to the team and Finance Department, assisting with web sales and pharmacy credits, while working closely with transport providers to help facilitate claims follow-up and resolution. - Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, and online channels.
- Manage customer enquiries, orders, claims, and delivery resolutions.
- Support web sales, credits, and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and internal systems.
- Provide reception and office support as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company compliance standards.
This is a full-time in-office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly phone manner.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and administrative capabilities.
- Experience using Salesforce and/or JDE will be highly regarded.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for customers.
