Key Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians with solar panel mounting and array setups.
- Run cabling and perform basic conduit work under supervision.
- Safely handle and prepare tools, materials, and equipment on site.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
- Load and unload vehicles with necessary gear.
- Assist with basic fault-finding and testing under direction (as you gain experience).
What We Are Looking For (The Essentials)
- Hard-working attitude: You take pride in a job well done and aren't afraid of heights or physical work.
- Tool competency: You must know how to safely and effectively use basic hand and power tools (drills, spanners, cable cutters).
- Basic electrical knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of electrical installation (cable management, isolators, switchboards) and can follow instructions from a sparky.
- White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
- Valid Driver's Licence.
- Working at Heights ticket (or willingness to obtain).
