As our Alphington clinic continues to expand, we’re looking for a Beauty Therapist to join our close-knit team. We welcome applications from both experienced therapists and passionate junior therapists who are eager to build a long-term career in the beauty industry.

About the Role
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, based primarily in our Alphington clinic, with occasional support at Ringwood when needed.
You’ll be caring for a loyal and established client base while delivering thoughtful, personalised treatments that help clients feel confident, cared for, and genuinely looked after.
Your treatment menu may include:
- Facials & skin treatments
- Relaxation massage & body treatments
- Waxing services
- Brows, lashes & makeup
- Body contouring treatments (training provided)
You’ll also play an important role in:
- Delivering exceptional client experiences from consultation through to aftercare
- Recommending tailored treatment plans and homecare products to support results
- Supporting daily clinic operations and maintaining beautiful treatment spaces
- Contributing to a warm, welcoming environment clients love returning to
We’d Love to Hear From You If You:
- Have a recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (or are currently completing one)
- Are passionate about beauty, skin and helping clients feel their best
- Enjoy building genuine relationships and delivering thoughtful client care
- Are confident recommending treatments and skincare products
- Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Are available for evening shifts and Saturdays
Experienced therapists are highly regarded, however we strongly encourage junior therapists with a positive attitude, strong people skills and a genuine desire to grow to apply. We believe great therapists are developed with the right support.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26.01 – $34.00 per hour

- Are you happy to travel between 2 locations if needed?
- Recommending treatments and retail products is a key part of this role. Are you comfortable discussing and selling skincare and services to clients?

- This role requires consistent availability for evening shifts and every Saturday. Applications will only be considered from candidates who can commit to this schedule on an ongoing basis.
