Forensicare (Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health) is Victoria’s specialist provider of forensic mental health services. We deliver recovery-focused programs that support consumers living with serious mental illness or problematic behaviours who are connected to, or at risk of contact with, the justice system, across a variety of settings including community-based services, inpatient units, and secure environments throughout Victoria.
Position Objective:
The role of Talent Engagement Administrator supports the Talent Acquisition Team to deliver best practice Talent Acquisition strategies. This role will support the Candidate Experience by supportingonboarding processes for candidates through to first day, including contract generation, Working Rights,
Qualification, police and immunisation checks.
This position will also provide ongoing maintenance and support of workforce and recruitment systems, and the management of data throughout the employee experience engagement. By delivering timely, efficient and candidate-centred processes, the Talent Engagement Administrator contributes to a seamless transition into the organisation and enhances the quality, consistency and integrity of Forensicare’s workforce engagement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support for onboarding activities from offer to first day, including contract reparation, working rights and qualification verification, coordination of police and immunisation checks, and setup in the payroll system
- Provide timely and proactive communication to candidates throughout the onboarding and immigration journey, ensuring a positive, supportive and informative candidate experience
- Maintain and enhance workforce and recruitment systems, providing user support, troubleshooting, system optimisation and contributing to continuous improvements in candidate experience and workflow efficiency
Selection Criteria:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or a related discipline are desirable, or equivalent experience demonstrating the required skills and capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in engagement and management of the onboarding process from end to end is desirable
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management, with the ability to produce accurate documentation
- Demonstrated capacity to work with limited supervision, exercising sound judgement, initiative and accountability while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
