We’re currently looking for compassionate, dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Coolaroo and surrounding suburbs, supporting a participant who requires care.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a regular MALE client, build strong rapport, and be part of a supportive, values-driven organisation.

Your Day-to-Day
You’ll play a key role in supporting the participant’s independence and wellbeing through:
- Personal care and daily hygiene support
- Assisting with meals, cleaning, and everyday tasks
- Supporting community access and social engagement
- Monitoring health, wellbeing, and behaviour changes
- Providing overnight care (active & inactive shifts)
- Following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation
