Your Opportunity:
Pallara State School recently opened their second campus at the beginning of 2026 due to expanding enrolments and now operate in a dual campus model.
The Deputy Principal will work in conjunction with other leaders to drive improvement across their sector and enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
Additionally, you will cultivate positive relationships amongst students, teachers and the community, ensuring a collaborative environment that supports growth and success for all.
As Deputy Principal, you will also lead and manage other strategic and operational priorities aligned to the school's and department's strategic plans.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Deputise for the Principal when required.
Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
Set high standards for student and staff performance.
