A premium Chinese restaurant located at Chadstone Shopping Centre, Victoria is currently seeking 2 Full-Time Bartenders, 4-5 Part time to join our opening team. We welcome passionate, skilled, and service-driven hospitality professionals.

Job Requirements
✔ Fluent in English (essential)
✔ Minimum 1 year experience in classic cocktail making
✔ Wine knowledge is preferred
✔ Ability to manage bar operations and service procedures independently
✔ Chinese/Cantonese language skills are an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails and a wide range of beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist floor team by collecting and returning used glassware to the bar for cleaning when drink orders are low
- Support overall service efficiency by assisting with drink running and beverage upselling when the bar is quiet, as directed by supervisors
Training & Opening Schedule
- Training starts: 9 June
- Soft opening: Mid-June (expected)
Salary $28.12 per hour (in accordance with the Australian Restaurant Award) + Weekend penality
Full time must be fully available from Mon to Sunday availability.
Part time must be working 24-30 hours weekly , must be available shifts between Wed to Sunday from 3pm to 1130pm (Driving best your night finish)
Opportunity for promotion to Supervisor role after 9-12 months period
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $26.50 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
