We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team on a full-time, 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension or permanency for the right candidate.
About the Role
As part of our Accounts Receivable team, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts and supporting positive cash flow outcomes while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage overdue customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection

Ensure debtor credit terms and limits are maintained in line with company policies

Perform debtor reconciliations and assist with credit reporting activities

Respond to and resolve customer account enquiries efficiently

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment disputes and account issues
About You
You are proactive, organised, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in finance and accounting.
Skills & Experience

Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, credit control, or a similar finance role

Sound understanding of accounting and finance principles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of risk management and credit processes

A motivated, self-driven approach with strong attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a customer-focused mindset

Qualification or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting or a related field will be highly regarded
