You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients with different medical conditions across insurance and government schemes, including Workers' Compensation, CTP/Motor Accident Claims, Comcare, Life Insurance and NDIS-related services.
Depending on your previous experience and skill set, opportunities may also include team management, mentoring, performance management and compliance/audit responsibilities.

- Apply a client-centred approach to support recovery, function, independence and return to meaningful activities or employment.
- Liaise effectively with insurers, employers, treating professionals, unions and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary rehabilitation and recovery services.
- Prepare high-quality reports containing clear clinical recommendations and strategies to progress each case.
- Monitor, review and adapt rehabilitation plans to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Identify and address physical, psychological, social and vocational barriers to recovery.
- Where appropriate, contribute to team leadership, mentoring, performance management or compliance activities.
Essential Criteria
- A recognised qualification in an Allied Health discipline, with eligibility for registration, accreditation or membership with the relevant professional body.
- Strong clinical reasoning and an understanding of injury management, rehabilitation and the psychosocial factors influencing recovery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A proactive, self-driven "can-do" mentality.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for empowering individuals and delivering client-centred services.

Industry experience is highly regarded but is not essential. We also welcome qualified clinicians looking to transition from clinical practice into the rehabilitation and injury management sector.
Salary guide: Approximately A$78,000 – A$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience and responsibilities.
