Noẽma is a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant with modern Greek influences, showcasing exceptional produce, bold flavours, and cooking over a Josper grill. Wishbone brings the vibrant flavours and energy of Hong Kong-inspired casual dining, with a focus on quality ingredients, genuine hospitality, and flavour-driven dishes.

About the Opportunity:
We're looking for exceptional hospitality leaders to join the opening team for these exciting new venues. As an
Assistant Manager or
Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the culture from day one, leading high-performing teams, and delivering unforgettable experiences for both our guests and our people.
Location: Melbourne CBD.
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in a quality à la carte restaurant.
- A passion for developing, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong operational knowledge, including compliance, labour, and stock management.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both guests and team members.
- Experience with rostering, time and attendance, and inventory management systems.
- Restaurant opening experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and opening or closing shifts.
- A current RSA certificate.
- A qualification in Hospitality, Management, or a related discipline is advantageous.
