Position Available
Full-Time Chef de Partie – $80,000 per annum
+ Super + Bonuses + Tips
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
•
Running your section and consistently preparing and presenting dishes to Robata’s standards
•
Working with premium Australian produce and developing your skills in Japanese cuisine and charcoal-based cooking
•
Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth, organised and high-quality services

What We’re Looking For
•
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef ready to take the next step
•
Strong cooking fundamentals with the ability to confidently manage your own section during busy services
•
A passion for quality produce and learning new techniques, with Japanese cuisine or charcoal cooking experience highly regarded
