We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and brings a structured, outcomes-driven approach to recruitment. This is an opportunity to partner closely with leaders across the business, delivering best-in-class hiring outcomes at pace while contributing to a broader transformation of our talent function.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience at scale
- Apply a methodical, process-driven approach to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes in fast-moving environments
- Partner with stakeholders to run targeted recruitment campaigns, from attraction strategy through to offer
- Build capability across the business by advising leaders on hiring strategies, market insights, and best practice recruitment approaches
- Balance volume recruitment with corporate (knowledge worker) hiring, demonstrating agility across different role types
- Leverage data, insights, and recruitment tools to optimise hiring performance and continuously improve processes
- Collaborate within the broader TA team to support team priorities, initiatives, and EVP-driven attraction strategies
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume recruitment environment, with a proven ability to deliver at pace
- A methodical, structured mindset—you bring discipline to your approach and thrive on process, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Experience recruiting within an in-house Talent Acquisition team
- Capability, or a genuine interest, in recruiting knowledge worker/corporate roles alongside volume hiring
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels
- Experience running individual recruitment campaigns, including attraction strategy and market engagement
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment
Experience in retail recruitment is highly regarded, but not essential.
