About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimising Sanitarium's digital ecosystem across email marketing, websites, customer data and digital campaigns. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, you'll help deliver personalised customer experiences that increase engagement, loyalty and brand growth.
You will also provide leadership and coaching to our Marketing Graduate, helping build capability across campaign execution, reporting and digital marketing best practice.
This is a fixed-term contract until June 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalised email marketing campaigns using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Manage customer journeys, audience segmentation and campaign performance through testing and optimisation.
- Coordinate website updates, promotional content and product launches across Sanitarium's digital assets.
- Analyse marketing and customer data to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Support the ongoing development and optimisation of marketing technology platforms and customer data capabilities.
- Oversee the management of Sanitarium's direct-to-consumer merchandise store and third-party logistics relationship.
- Ensure customer communications and data practices align with privacy and compliance requirements.
About You
You are an experienced digital marketer who combines strong technical capability with commercial acumen and a passion for customer engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, email marketing and CRM platforms.
- Experience working with marketing technology platforms, website content management systems and customer databases.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalisation and A/B testing.
- Experience analysing campaign performance and translating insights into action.
- Working knowledge of SEO, digital customer journeys and website optimisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
