Legacy Clean Co is looking for a reliable, hardworking Exterior Cleaner / Roof Cleaner to join our growing team.
This position will start as a casual role, with the intention of moving into a full-time position for the right person as you become established within the team.
We're looking for someone who wants more than just occasional work — we want someone who can grow with the business and become a long-term member of our team.
THE ROLE
Your work will include:
- Roof cleaning and soft washing
- Pressure washing
- House and building washing
- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Car park and commercial cleaning
- Working at heights
- Operating exterior cleaning equipment
- General site and exterior cleaning
YOU MUST HAVE
- Working at Heights ticket
- White Card
- Full Australian driver's licence
- Ability to start early mornings
- Reliable transport to get to our Oran Park base
- Comfortable working on roofs and at heights
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and SWMS
- Good attention to detail
You will need to travel to Oran Park to collect company vehicles, equipment and other items required for your jobs before travelling to sites throughout Sydney.
EXPERIENCE
Previous exterior cleaning or roof cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
We're happy to train the right person if you're reliable, willing to learn and aren't afraid of hard work.
Experience with any of the following is highly regarded:
- Pressure washing
- Soft washing
- Roof cleaning
- Water-fed pole/window cleaning
- EWP and boom lifts
- Ride-on scrubbers and sweepers
- Trailer towing
CASUAL → FULL TIME
You'll initially join us on a casual basis while we assess your reliability, work quality and ability to work within our team.
For the right person, our goal is to transition the position into consistent full-time employment, with further opportunities to progress into Team Leader or Supervisor roles as Legacy Clean Co continues to grow.

Hours: Casual initially – early starts required
