About the role
Join our growing Aged Care Assessment (ACA) team at The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH), Royal Park campus. With multiple Customer Service Liaison positions available, we’re offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.
We’re looking for experienced customer service professionals who enjoy making a difference for people and bring a genuine commitment to the Melbourne Way – putting people first, leading with kindness and achieving excellence together.

Key Accountabilities
Provide administration support to the ACA assessment teams to ensure timely completion of Triage, Assessment, Care planning, Delegation, Training and Quality activities
Provide customer focussed services to individuals seeking aged care assessment including managing telephone enquiries, scheduling appointments, transfer and handover to other staff or agencies where appropriate
Prepare letters, information packs and surveys for clients
Data entry of information received from clients and staff
Ensure all required resources are available to assessors when they need them including interpreter and car bookings
About You

Customer-focused with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with respect and empathy.
Positive, proactive and accountable, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Strong teamwork, organisation, time management and service planning skills.
High level computer literacy, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Diploma or Certificate in Administration, or similar, is desirable.
