Tamborine Mountain Glades is a unique rainforest retreat located within Thunderbird Park on beautiful Tamborine Mountain.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our housekeeping team and maintain the high presentation standards our guests know and love.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys supporting a team, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Shifts are during the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, with weekday and weekend availability required depending on occupancy.
The Role
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations while working closely alongside the team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are presented to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and assisting with the cleaning of guest accommodation and shared areas
- Supporting, training, and guiding housekeeping team members
- Ensuring rooms and facilities meet presentation and cleanliness standards
- Monitoring productivity, quality, and attention to detail across the team
- Assisting with room allocations, daily priorities, and operational coordination
- Responding to housekeeping requests and communicating with other departments
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and guest experience
- Supporting the Housekeeping Manager and Rooms Division Manager with daily operations

What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or accommodation environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised, and team-oriented
- Full working rights in Australia
- Reliable transport is essential due to our Tamborine Mountain location
