Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Worker (NDIS)
Smiling People is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Worker to support NDIS participants across the Perth metropolitan area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in maintaining gardens and outdoor spaces, and wants to make a positive difference in the lives of people living with disability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Weeding and garden maintenance
- Pruning and trimming plants
- General yard clean-ups
- Green waste removal
- Basic outdoor property maintenance
- Working respectfully with NDIS participants in their homes
Essential Requirements
- Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- ABN and own gardening equipment preferred
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Clearance
- Professional, reliable, and punctual presentation
