Nuix is looking for a highly capable Documentation Manager to lead the technical documentation function in Sydney. This is more than a writing role — it's a leadership position for someone who thrives on owning the documentation strategy, setting editorial standards, and ensuring our customers and partners can succeed with the Nuix Platform.
You will play a key role in scoping and delivering documentation projects end-to-end, and partnering with engineering and product to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accurate content. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently across multiple teams to set the bar for documentation quality.
This position will be based in our Sydney office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Sydney office for the remaining 2 days of the week.
Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing documentation with minimal supervision, setting the bar for quality across the team.
Mentor writers, review their work, and continuously improve documentation processes, tooling, and workflows.
