About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role combining sales, customer relationship management, and delivery support. You will work closely with cafés and hospitality venues across the Northern Beaches, CBD, and greater Sydney area to grow our wholesale coffee network and support existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Identify and develop new wholesale opportunities with cafés, restaurants, and hospitality venues.
Build relationships with café owners, managers, and decision-makers to introduce Little Italy Coffee Roasters as their coffee partner.
Conduct sales meetings with potential customers, coffee tastings, and product presentations.
Generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry connections.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, roasting, warehouse, and customer support to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using CRM systems.
Customer Engagement
Serve as the main point of contact for existing wholesale customers.
Visit cafés regularly to support workflow, coffee quality, and equipment performance.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Delivery Support
Assist with wholesale deliveries when required.
Load and prepare delivery vans and ensure order accuracy.
Represent Little Italy Coffee Roasters professionally during all customer visits.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in sales, account management, or hospitality.
Coffee industry experience is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage relationships and work independently.
Passion for coffee and hospitality culture.
Valid full Australian driver's licence.
