We're a Muay Thai gym in Western Sydney with 250 members and a growing pile of enquiries we're not answering fast enough. We need someone on the phone who can turn a nervous enquiry into a person standing in our gym.
Remote. Casual. Ten hours a week to start, and more if you prove it's worth it.
HOW YOU GET PAID
A guaranteed hourly base for every hour you work - paid whatever happens, never at risk.
Then an uncapped share of everything you bring in above what your seat costs us. The better you do, the bigger your percentage gets. There is no ceiling on the second part, and it starts from your first four-week period - we don't make you earn your base back first.
A solid week is around $790 for ten hours. A great one is comfortably over $1,000.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Call every new enquiry fast - speed to lead is the entire game and we'll teach you exactly how we do it
- Run structured conversion conversations that end with someone booked, or bought
- Work a live pipeline in GoHighLevel so no lead ever goes cold on your watch
- Revive old leads that went quiet months ago, there's gold sitting in there
- Call members whose payment has failed and keep them training. You get paid on those too
- Ask our existing members for referrals and follow every one of them through
- Record your calls, review them with the owner, and get measurably better every week
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A great communicator. You can hold a real conversation with someone who's nervous, unfit, and half-embarrassed to be calling a Muay Thai gym at all
- Hungry. Commission genuinely motivates you, and you'd rather be paid on results than paid to be present
- Into your own development. You want to be coached, reviewed and pushed, not left alone with a phone list
- A believer. You can't sell this to a scared beginner if you don't believe it changes people. We need someone who does
- Comfortable being measured. You want to know your numbers, and you want them to go up
- Bonus, not essential: you've trained Muay Thai, or you've always wanted to

OUR CULTURE
Machete isn't a gym people drift in and out of. Members are known by name. Our head coach is a two-time world champion and the standard on the floor reflects that every single day. You'll be the first voice a beginner hears and for a lot of them, the reason they walk through the door instead of talking themselves out of it. That's not a small job and we don't treat it like one.
