Position: Engineering Technologist
Responsibilities
- Analyse, evaluate and modify existing engineering technologies used in cleaning equipment, mechanical systems and operational processes, applying engineering principles to test, validate and implement technical improvements that enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Develop, implement and continuously refine engineering solutions for preventive and corrective maintenance by adapting existing technologies and introducing new technical approaches that optimise equipment performance, reduce downtime and extend the lifecycle of operational assets.
- Assess the effectiveness of engineering systems, maintenance technologies and operational processes through technical analysis, equipment testing and performance data, recommending and implementing engineering modifications that improve reliability, compliance and operational outcomes across cleaning services.
- Design, test and implement engineering improvements to maintenance workflows, equipment utilisation and operational procedures by analysing existing technologies and integrating new engineering methods that increase efficiency, standardisation and system performance.
- Provide specialised engineering advice on the evaluation, adaptation and implementation of new and existing engineering technologies, supporting operational teams in selecting and applying technical solutions that improve equipment performance, service quality, workplace safety and compliance with Australian standards.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and 1 year of experience.
Pay: $79,600.00 per year
