Wagerup Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Formwork Carpenter to join our team working across civil, mining and industrial projects in Western Australia.
This role is suited to a trade-qualified carpenter with experience in formwork, concrete works and general civil construction. The successful applicant will be willing to work both independently and as part of a small team and take pride in producing quality work safely and efficiently.
Duties Include
- Formwork construction and installation.
- General fixing carpentry.
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Site set out and establishing finished levels.
- Steel fixing and concrete placement.
- Hand excavation and preparation of work areas.
- Operation of hand and power tools.
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Skills & Experience
- Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent.
- White Card.
- HR Driver's Licence.
- Forklift Licence.
- EWP Licence.
- Minimum 1 years' experience in the building and construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience in formwork carpentry and concrete works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience with site set out and level control.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Position Details
- Full-time position.
- Salary range: $81,000 - $88,000 per annum plus superannuation.
- Based in Waroona, Western Australia.
- Immediate start available.
