About the Role
Join our friendly ENT team and play a key role in keeping the department running smoothly. You'll provide trusted executive support, coordinate busy clinical and teaching activities, build strong relationships across the hospital, and help deliver exceptional service for staff, patients and visitors.
Manage busy diaries, meetings, agendas and minutes
Coordinate rosters, bookings, conferences and teaching events
Support patient waitlists, theatre bookings and procedure advice
Build strong links with clinicians, staff and external partners
Maintain office systems, records, supplies and financial data
Prepare reports, correspondence and research materials
Welcome visitors and respond to enquiries with professionalism
Prioritise competing tasks and keep daily operations on track
About You
You're an organised, proactive administrator who thrives in a busy environment. You bring exceptional secretarial skills, sound judgement and a professional approach to supporting clinical teams while handling confidential information with care.
Experience in confidential secretarial support
Strong admin, diary, minute and document skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and office systems
Organised, discreet and able to manage competing priorities
