Retail Assistant – LEAFE’S

LEAFE’S is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Retail Assistants to join our growing team across our retail pop-up locations.
This is a hands-on customer-facing role where you’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience while keeping our displays organised and fully stocked.
About the Role
Your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Providing friendly customer service
- Operating POS and processing sales
- Keeping products organised and displays looking great
- Restocking products throughout your shift
- Setting up and packing down pop-up stores
- Answering customer questions
- Helping promote our products
- Maintaining a clean and professional retail area
- Working as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly and approachable
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident speaking with customers
- Comfortable working independently
- Well presented and professional
- Able to stay engaged throughout their shift
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
Important
During shifts, staff are expected to remain actively engaged with customers and retail duties.
Personal mobile phone use is not permitted during shifts except where required for approved work purposes such as check-ins or business communication.
