What you will be doing
- Manage daily building operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Maintain emergency signage and procedures for all sites.
- Ensure office equipment (non‑IT) is functional and well‑maintained.
- Support the Property Lead and act as the second point of contact for after‑hours security.
- Manage the mail functions, and meeting room setups for Board and Executive meetings.
- Assist with stakeholder events and promote Bank Australia’s sustainability commitments.
- Manage head office access passes, settings, procedures, and enquiries.

- Confident communication with the ability to support employees, visitors, and contractors professionally.
- Practical problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess issues quickly and take appropriate action.
- A willingness to learn quickly, with an interest in workplace operations, facilities, and service excellence.
