Disability Support Worker (Casual) – Mount Lofty, QLD
Recruit, Connect & Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Mount Lofty, Queensland.
We're currently seeking team members who are available for afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts to provide quality support to NDIS participants in their homes and within the community.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll deliver person-centred support that encourages independence, builds confidence, and enhances participants' quality of life. Every day is different, offering the opportunity to make a genuine and lasting difference.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support, including showering, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Assist participants to attend appointments, community activities, and social outings.
- Encourage independence, skill development, and active participation in everyday life.
- Build positive relationships with participants, families, and other support networks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow individual support plans.
- Work afternoon/evening shifts during the week, with weekend availability required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or a related qualification.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Pay: $39.00 – $40.00 per hour
