They're looking for a Social & Content Lead to own key accounts end-to-end and drive content strategy across TikTok, Meta, and beyond. A proper seat at the table role with real ownership, not passive account management.
What you'll be doing
Leading content delivery and strategy across TikTok, Meta and beyond
Turning briefs and cultural moments into social-first ideas that cut through
Overseeing lo-fi, creator-led and foodie content production
Running influencer and UGC campaigns from start to finish
Managing paid media spend across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
Writing sharp, platform-native copy that sounds like a human wrote it
What they're looking for
3 to 5 years in a social, content or digital agency
Strong instincts for what works on TikTok and Meta, and the speed to act on them
Confident managing clients and keeping things moving
Comfortable with paid media and able to move from idea to execution without hand-holding
FMCG, retail or influencer campaign experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
