What you’ll do:

Providing client service via phone, walk-ins, and email.

Providing one on one assistance to partners, staff and clients, and guiding/advising on suitable spaces and possible options.
- Assisting with enquiries, processing, and confirmation of bookings.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are in place for successful and seamless meetings or events.

Working alongside our in-house catering teams for meeting and event catering needs.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of in-house meetings/events and spaces through coordination and communication and attention to detail.
- Collaborating with PwC hosts and bookers to maximise the Client Experience.

Ensuring all guests and staff receive exceptional and professional experience.

Communicate efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a coordinated service is provided.
- Maintaining data integrity of systems and reference tools.
- Identify and report maintenance issues as required.
- Undertaking reporting as required.
- Understanding PwC and its office operations and referring queries to the most appropriate team or individual.
- Identifying areas for improvement, possible solutions and escalating as appropriate and engaging in change and improvement initiatives.
- Always monitoring and ensuring the correct and proper presentation of facilities

Managing meetings and events supporting busy schedules, room bookings, guest arrivals, and last-minute changes. You have a great skill at making everything look effortless.

You are our first point of contact for visitors and clients, your discretion and professionalism is essential. You have an excellent intuition at anticipating needs, making every guest interaction feel seamless
Problem-Solving and Adaptability

Events and meetings sometimes don’t go exactly as planned. You stay calm under pressure, think quickly, and adapt when changes; a guest arrives early, or a technology issue comes up. You are resourceful and solution oriented.
