Dental Assistant — Immediate Start | Boutique Invisalign & Cosmetic Clinic

We are a high-volume Invisalign and cosmetic dental clinic in West Pennant Hills seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our clinical team.
This role requires speed, consistency, and strong chairside execution in a structured clinical environment.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
- Chairside assisting across Invisalign, cosmetic and restorative procedures
- Clinical setup, sterilisation and room turnover
- Intraoral scanning and clinical photography
- Supporting smooth patient flow across multiple treatment rooms
- Working within established clinical systems and workflows
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Applicants must have:
- Minimum 2 years paid chairside Dental Assisting experience in Australia
- Confidence working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Ability to follow structured systems without repeated instruction
- Strong attention to workflow, timing, and room efficiency
- Reliability for consistent Tuesday and Thursday shifts
IMPORTANT: THIS ROLE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR

- Are a dentist (overseas or local) seeking DA work as a transition or temporary role
- Require frequent instruction or step-by-step guidance
- Prefer learning or observing during active clinical procedures
- Do not have paid chairside experience in an Australian dental clinic
- Are seeking a general entry-level dental position
