We're looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help build that future.
This isn't a role where you'll simply keep the wheels turning. You'll help design the machine.
The Opportunity
As our Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of everything that happens after a customer says "yes."
You'll lead our operations team, improve processes, coordinate installers and suppliers, manage customer experience, and continually refine the systems that allow our business to grow.
You'll work directly with the Director(s) and play a significant role in shaping how the company operates over the coming years.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading and developing our operations team.
- Managing the customer journey from signed contract through to completion.
- Coordinating installation scheduling and delivery.
- Working closely with procurement, compliance and technical teams.
- Driving exceptional customer communication and service.
- Improving SOPs, workflows and operational systems.
- Identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
- Monitoring operational KPIs and reporting performance.
- Working with technology platforms including CRM, project management and automation tools.
- Creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and excellence.
About You
You'll likely have experience in operations management, project management or service delivery and genuinely enjoy creating order from complexity.
You'll be someone who:

- Has strong leadership and people management skills.
- Is highly organised and process-driven.
- Thinks several steps ahead.
- Can prioritise effectively under pressure.

Experience within solar, construction, electrical or trade services is highly regarded but not essential. We value great operators over industry experience.

Salary
Competitive salary package based on experience, with performance incentives available for the right candidate.

Pay: $79,466.68 – $120,000.00 per year
