About the Role
We now have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our Field Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager this role is primarily responsible for FMCG sales performance and execution in Independent, Health and Organic grocery stores. The role will involve some regional travel in Victoria. Operating primarily in Grocery & Independent channels you'll be executing an excellent and strategic call cycle plan to ensure Ceres Organics delivers budget and margin growth for the business. Being a field sales role, you'll be out on the road day to day with a regular trips to service key customers in your region.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this position you'll first and foremost be highly passionate about the health & wellness category and believe in the Ceres Organics mission, vision and values and as such be able to demonstrate your cultural fit. Secondly, you'll have experience as a FMCG Account Manager/Sales Representative/Territory Manager looking for a sea change to a business that has products you truly can get behind and align with. You'll have a natural ability for sales with outstanding sales results and demonstrated area of growth. You'll be one of those people that quickly develop strategic relationships with buyers because you're a great communicator, highly organised, persuasive and a star at negotiating. You are commercially astute and know what it takes to be successful as an Account Manager/Sales Representative/Territory Manager. You are a self-starter that enjoys the fast-paced work environments but equally have the desire to be part of something bigger than yourself.
