We are seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join our busy General Practice clinic. This is a key front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important part in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients in a warm and professional manner
- Managing appointment bookings and cancellations
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Processing patient payments and Medicare claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting doctors and clinical staff with administrative tasks
About You:
- Previous reception or customer service experience (medical experience preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and a caring attitude
